I am a tutor for Chemistry (and intro math courses - as I minored in Math). I believe the most important aspect of tutoring is taking the time to understand the material that is covered in class and not always fully explained for all students. I hope to find the time to help you understand the material so you can accomplish homework and exams with the proper knowledge foundation instead of just memorizing a pattern of problems.
I study journalism in the university of El Salvador for four years so I took a lot of classes about spanish grammar. Before that I took one year classes to be a teacher so I kind of have an idea of how to plan classes and schedule
To be sufficient in a subject is to be able to perform the problems assigned to you. To be proficient in a subject is to be able to perform any problem that could be assigned to you, or at least tackle them adequately. In our fast-paced society, more times than not, students are educated just to be sufficient in a subject. My intent as a tutor is to educate a student to master that subject -- to be proficient in ... See more

After graduation, I was presented with the opportunity to join a network of USC alumni providing tutoring services to the surrounding community. Through this network, I began tutoring elementary and middle school students in their homes, gaining more subject experience and acquiring a ... See more

Go Big Red! One of the most renowned college football programs in the entire country is located in Lincoln. The stadium alone holds more people than the third largest city in the state. Football is a huge deal in this town and basically, the entire state shuts down on Saturdays when the team is playing. Everyone in Lincoln and the surrounding cities seem to bleed Cornhusker red, this is truly a way of life.
If you have dreams of becoming one of the players who participate in the tunnel walk and all of the other traditions of Cornhuskers football then you are going to have to put in the work right now. You might be thinking that I am talking about on the field. And I partially am, we have one-on-one football tutors who can help with that also. But I am mainly speaking about the work inside of the classroom.
If you do not have your grades in check then you are not going to be checking down on the field at Memorial Stadium. A Lincoln tutor will make sure that you have everything right in the classroom so that you are able to fully focus on the sport that you love. If you are in an English class and it is giving you a ton of problems, we have English tutors that can come through like a position coach and make sure you understand the game plan.
When you are able to get this type of focus from a professional you will start to get the results that you seek. Each one of our tutors in Lincoln is an expert just like the entire coaching staff for the Cornhuskers. You know that you are only as good as the people that you put around you. When you get to work with one of our tutors you know that you are surrounding yourself with the best in town.

I have been preparing children and adults for their bar and bat mitzvahs for many years, both
