About Katherine

I have a Master's of Arts degree in Teaching with a Reading Endorsement. I've been a licensed classroom teacher for over 10 years. Teaching has been my passion since, well, as long as I can remember! Being a student has also been something I love to do as well. I love reading books about becoming an awesome person and a better teacher. My specialty is teaching students who have reading challenges such as dyslexia. I'm actually a therapist--not a tutor (even though people call me a tutor all the time!). I'm called a therapist because of the intensity of our learning process.
