I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon, while attending school I worked in Academic Learning Services as a Math tutor for individuals and groups. I attended Oregon State University under the Dwight D. Eisenhower Grant in Middle School Math and Science - I completed 30 hours of Graduate coursework.
I taught overseas for 18 years and love working with young people of all ages. I have taught Algebra, Geometry, Computer Science and Study Skills as well as Physical Education and Music. I have a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience in education and while teaching in Lebanon I presented a workshop on ADHD which was chosen for presentation at the NESA convention in Thailand..
I believe there is more than one way to learn and am adept as using various methods to present concepts, subject matter, content and problem solving.
