About Vanessa

Hello my name is Vanessa , I live in a small town in Texas . I'm currently 22 years old and recently married . All my life I knew I wanted to be a teacher , and I'm Working hard every day to achieve that goal . After high school , I went to medical assistant school and I graduated early after graduation I worked a little but I wasn't really happy . Until I found a different job where I was in charge of working with students of all ages helping them succeed with their academic journey. When I became a youth development professional I knew that this career was where I belong , day by day I worked helping kids grow with their academic work struggles , by guiding them , pushing them but most of all carried the patience that they don't have for themselves . Other than just academic work , I also focus on creating fun way to make school and school work fun . After working 2.5 years as a youth professional , I changed my path and started working for a school district as a paraprofessional where I focus everyday in small groups helping those who need the most helped than the rest , although some days are challenging when I have to teach a whole class of 25 students , Im always up for a good old challenge . The things I do everyday with the kids , gives me the strength I need everyday helping those who need the help and completing my goal as well .
