I am a former pre-school teacher, english tutor, professional musician and visual artist living in Austin Texas. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of Texas at Austin where I majored in English and American Studies.
While teaching pre-school, I gained tremendous insight into the process of managing a classroom full of young and energetic children. The challenge of keeping young learners engaged taught me the necessity employing fun and engaging activities that helped my students in their social and developmental progress. I greatly enjoy making interactive and creative activities to teach my students independent thinking and self reliance. I believe reading and storytelling are instrumental in promoting student's language and developmental skills. I look forward to meeting you!
