Hello there! My name is Caitlin, and I am 25 years old. I have been involved in the education and mental health fields for about 7+ years now. I have not only worked in these fields, but I have also studied these areas for my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I have been a tutor for multiple grade levels in different subject areas. I was an Americorps Member for 1 year in an elementary school where I provided reading and math interventions and progress monitoring for students in grades K-4. I also am a reading tutor currently, and was a teacher's aide in a 7/8th grade history class for 2 years. I have a great deal of experience in the area of writing at the college level, so I am well-versed in grammar conventions and both MLA and APA style writing. I love to write and read, so I feel that I would be able to not only educate, but also make this subject area fun for others.
