I am a Magna Cum Lade graduate with a 3.80 GPA with honors and achievements throughout my college career (Dean's List, Honor Society, NSCS, etc). My major was focused on the Germanic language and culture. I also traveled to Germany twice, and stayed their 6 weeks each time to fully immerse myself. In Germany, I tutored foreign students that wanted to learn the language (ages 16 - 25). After my travels, I taught middle school German for two years in Dallas ISD. At Dallas ISD, I did not have a curriculum guideline, which means I had to create all my lesson plans and objectives. I managed to keep it interesting, fun and educational for the classroom. I possess an advanced level of proficiency in German and can teach beginner-intermediate students of all ages that want to learn for any reason (exam prep, basic communication, as a hobby, etc). I moved to OKC not too long ago and would like to continue my contribution to the German language and keep teaching.
I am also a native speaker of Hebrew and was born and raised in Israel. Hebrew comes naturally to me more than English and I can read, write and speak it. I can teach biblical or modern Hebrew for students of all ages and levels.
If you are interested in either of the languages, I would love to help you be a more international-oriented individual!
