I have extensive experience working with diverse groups of people. I believe that educational environments are nourishing, I’ve worked and volunteered in public and private spheres for K-College Preparatory levels (Stanford Binet, Gifted and Talented, Private school visits/AABL). I have proficient communication skills, sharp thinking skills, and I can evaluate and interpret large volumes of data. In the past I have worked one on one in interactive academic sessions with children from the age of three up to the age of fourteen. I prep for private school admission tests held in New York. After every session, I am responsible to debrief the student’s caretaker as well as submit session reports on an online portal. On a regular basis I am interacting with all kinds of personalities; mostly children with separation anxiety. I examine and target parents pain points, I cater to their needs on a socioemotional level. Clientele varies about four to seven students a day. I developed my sense of empathy working here, I am also able to adapt to different personalities with ease. I have also developed weekly lesson plans and homework for two sets of classes. I held classes on a weekly basis. I was responsible of creating all of documents for my classrooms as well as grading homework, classwork, and tests. I developed personable mentor/mentee relationships with youth. My goal was to familiarize the students in ELA concepts, so that they can achieve higher scores in their grade school.
