I graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Writing Seminars, a comprehensive program incorporating elements of creative, analytical, and essay writing. I have two years experience with private tutoring. I have broad knowledge of creative writing strategies as well as experience teaching reading comprehension, history, and essay writing. I am a firm believer in an individualized approach to teaching that focuses on the student's needs. I find that the most engaging work happens when somebody is interested in what they are learning and I strive to find and fuel the passion for education in each of my students. I specialize in helping people, particularly those struggling with ADHD, develop successful strategies for approaching schoolwork; and I provide personalized instruction in all necessary subjects to each of my students.
