Whether you dislike or love biology, I am here to make your class experience more enjoyable, effortless, and rewarding!
I spent much of my time offering academic support for all levels of high school mathematics and was awarded for Outstanding Achievement and Service in the Math Department when I graduated high school in 2014. I was a member of the National Honor Math Society at the time, too. In college, I exceeded in my natural science courses, earning cum laude distinction for my Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics and my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. I was awarded a biology department fund prize for outstanding achievement and service to the biology department, after earning a 3.86/4.00 GPA for the Molecular Genetics degree, and the Ayman Amin-Salem Prize for outstanding citizenship and dedication to biology - a University-wide award offered to only three students in 2018. I scored in the top 10th percentiles on Chemistry & Physics AND Biology and Biochemical Sciences sections on the MCAT (2017). As stated above, I was qualified to be a teaching assistant, and served as one for 11 classes over 7 semesters, including: Principles of Biology, Introductory Biology Laboratory, General Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Eukaryotic Gene Regulation, Calculus I & II.
Now, I am a third-year medical student and I am devoted to constantly sharing knowledge with my classmates. Furthermore, I am keen on helping students exceed in their courses in high school and college so that they can enter their dream careers.
I am very amiable and professional with my commitments - please do not hesitate to ask me any sorts of questions! I am flexible throughout the week, with most availability on the weekends. I dedicate a lot of energy into understanding the student's perspective on their coursework and I adjust to all learning styles!
