I am concluding my studies at St. Joseph's College and will soon have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing along with a minor in Business Administration. I played 4 years for St. Joe's in the DIII NCAA Skyline conference amassing over 1100 points and 700 rebounds. Before St. Joe's I attended St. Francis Prep in Fresh Meadows where I played 4 years in the CHSAA competing against soon to be and current NBA Player/Pros. Basketball is my passion. Work isn't work if you love what you're doing. I grew up apart of swimming teams, baseball teams, bowling teams, soccer teams and ran some track. I worked at UFC Gym for about 3 years becoming familiar with personal training and learning the basics of nutritions and recovery. I believe in providing a session that you can learn something and use it in real game situations as well as have fun. At the end of the day, when it's all said and done, it'll be the fun and competitiveness you'll recall the most. My mission is to help you succeed and reach your potential.
