Elementary Math and English (K-8) tutor

About Jessica

I have a Bachelor's degree from North Carolina Central University in Mass Communication, with a concentration in journalism. I also have a Master's degree in Library Science. I have over 5 years experience tutoring students from pre-K to adults. My specialty is English/Language Arts, but I also tutor elementary and middle school students in math. I try to get a good idea from the student/parent in the initial session so I know what goals we need to focus on. After building a rapport with the student, I am able to better tailor my lessons to fit the student's individual learning style.
