Public speaking skills continue to be one of the most important skill sets needed in order to be successful in business and group communication. Yet, most people remain unconfident and/or poorly deliver their ideas leaving their audience uncertain of the speaker's message or integrity.
In 15-plus years of study and professional experience, that includes time as an instructor at the college/university level, I have developed a deep understanding of how to use rhetoric and public/presentational speaking skills to work cross-functionally with clients or co-workers in order to create ideas, change opinions, or leverage project plans to maximize outcomes.
