My name is Flora Pieters and I have been a math and English tutor for the past four years at Kumon and StudyWorks, which I have found to be extremely fulfilling. I majored in applied mathematics at university in the Netherlands for two years and have taken upper level math courses such as Calculus III, linear algebra, and probability. I am now going to major in computer science at MSU. I took Algebra 1 in 8th grade and I went on to take math up until AP Calculus in highschool. I did well in all of the math classes I took during this time, therefore I feel very comfortable teaching this material. I genuinely love teaching math and I especially love working together with students and helping them accomplish their goals in any way that I can.
