My name is Donald H. Broussard, Jr. and I am providing you this cover letter in regards of your position for hire. I am a leader and educator and love to provide my passion and dedication to teaching to anyone and everyone. I graduated from a prestigious and Historical Black College/University (Alabama A&M University – 2002) and recently attained my Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University (Online) and officially graduated on December 19, 2009. Now, I am obtaining my Doctorate Degree in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum Design and Instruction at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Az.

I have taught multiple subjects in multiple areas. I have taught all Social Studies (World Geography, World History, US History, Government, International Studies and Pre-Law Studies) including all AP course (AP World, AP US History, AP US Government, AP Comparative Government, AP Human Geography, AP European History) as well as AP Psychology, AP English Literature and AP Language. I have and continue to teach and coach young men and women from an underdeveloped neighborhoods and communities to an established and well-funded community in Lafayette, La., Knoxville, Tn., Baton Rouge, La., Jackson, Ms. and New Orleans, La.
