3× (97,98,01) Illinois state heavy weight Champion. 1996 U.S. National Bronze medalist. 1996 US team trials Participant, 1997 Pan Am Cup Champion, 1998 Pamplona, Spain Champion, 1998 US Olympic/Pan Am games trials, Quarterfinalist, 2002 Puerto Rico National Silver medalist, 2003 Puerto Rico Olympic/Pan Am games trials Silver medalist. 2003 AAu Illinois state Champion. 2001- 2006 AAU National Team mens coach. 2008-2010 Security at a nightclub.
