I am Mark McGovern, a learning enthusiast originally from Montana. I am a Navy veteran, having served in the Nuclear Power field and engineering department aboard the submarine USS Maine. The education in that field, along with briefly majoring in engineering after the Navy, provided me a strong background in math and sciences. I also hold a bachelor's degree in English, with a concentration in Rhetoric and Composition, from Georgia State University, where I graduated with honors.
This mix of backgrounds and education has afforded me the unique ability to provide a comprehensive learning experience to my students. My students can receive instructions in all sections of the SAT and the ACT exams.
