My name is Nilani. I am currently a Pharmacy Professor at Florida State College of Jacksonville.
List of courses I can teach: Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Pathology and Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam.
My technical expertise includes a teaching background/educator. I completed 174 credit hours of graduate medical course work at American University of Antigua, where I was a teaching assistant in Anatomy, Microbiology and Pathology. I am a UCF alumnus (Baccalaureate of Science in Biology) and an MBA graduate. (Healthcare Administration)
I was a medical and pharmacy professor at Virginia College.
I taught high school Biology, IB (International Baccalaureate) Biology and Environmental Science.
I am also a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician. (RPT) I can tutor for the PTCB exam. (Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam)
I feel that one of the major satisfactions of being an educator is I am able to use my creativity every day to present material in a way that captures each student's mind and attention. I believe that from the instruction that I deliver, students are able to utilize the knowledge in their studies or can transfer it into a future career choice. In conclusion, my academic and volunteer experiences, my ability to adapt, my flexibility and my problem-solving skills makes me a unique tutor. Above all, I have immense medical knowledge and a passion for Science.
