My name is Marisa Lawson. I am currently a psychology student at Fullerton College. After receiving my degree in Biological/Chemical Engineering, I decided that particular field just was not for me, so I went on to pursue my true passion: helping people. I began tutoring with my little sister, who is now 8. She used to have a hard time in school, being so creative she was not able to focus. I applied the knowledge I had to her particular learning style, and now she receives high marks in her class. My ability to read people makes me an excellent candidate for tutoring people that learn differently, and just need that extra attention. I specialize in English, Biology, Chemistry, Reading, Writing, SAT prep, and AP prep. I am not opposed to also tutoring Physics and Mathematics as well, though. Looking forward to getting in touch!
