I am an Ivy League graduate with more than five years of one-on-one and small classroom professional tutoring experience. I get to know my students- who they are and how they learn- in order to provide exactly the lesson plans they need to learn and succeed.
I provide standardized testing and academic tutoring across a wise array of tests and subjects, including SAT, ACT, SAT II, AP/IB, K-12 English/Language Arts, Math, History, Life Sciences, and Spanish Language.
I have experience with students across a wide range of ages, from pre-K to adult learners. I have had great success with students with special academic needs (assessed on a case-by-case basis).
I love learning, but I understand that not everyone feels that way. Most often, students dislike school or a specific subject because they don't think that they're good at it. However, I believe that, with hard work and the right instructor, any student can succeed. I love helping students become confident in their intellectual skills and helping them achieve their goals. Nothing is more rewarding.
