I have Associate's degrees in English, Psychology, the Humanities, and Liberal Arts and Sciences from College of the Canyons in Valencia, CA. I will be graduating from CSUN with a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing in May 2019. I worked at CSUN as a writing tutor in Fall 2017-Spring 2018. I have a passion for reading and writing that I love to share with others through my tutoring.
I also help students to develop their research and organizational skills so they can become better writers. I have had success with both academic research papers as well as creative writing development. I have had two poems selected for publication in CSUN's literary magazine, The Northridge Review.
My organizational skills have helped me prepare for licensing exams in California. I earned my licenses as a Pharmacy Technician and Hearing Aid Dispenser in California while I was also a full-time student and working part-time.
I have a lot of experience to share and really look forward to working with others who are eager to learn.
