I attended University of California, Irvine as a Regent's Scholar, initially attending to work towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Though I learned much in the fields of math and science, I have since made many changes in my life and eventually graduated from Coleman University with a Bachelor's in Game Programming Development and Design.
During my high school years I volunteered as an after school tutor to help my class reach the same understanding of math and science that I had. I also volunteered as a classroom tutor at my mother's Montessori school. I tutor Mathematics and Physics, and my favorite subject is Calculus. I want to help students better understand the way this world works through these academic subjects, and I can do that by using real-world problems can be solved by learning and utilizing a new concept of mathematics.
Over the past two years I worked with Varsity Tutors to bring the joy of learning these subjects to student around San Jose. I'm glad to be given to opportunity to continue doing so.
Outside of academia, I enjoy video games, programming, reading, walking, card and board games, and interacting with my pet cats.
