I am a wife, mother and an entrepreneur. I have experience tutoring Spanish on all levels and ages from K - 12 as well as college. I started tutoring back in my college career from 1982 thru 1987, then I found a job in the cruise lines as a reservations agent and loved it. I moved onto the Hotel industry from 1988 until 1990 as a Front Desk Clerk.
I decided to go work for an International French Bank downtown NYC for 6 years. That is how I developed my skills as a IT professional. I translated documents from Spanish and French into English for Credit Lyonnais, then I learned computer programming from 1994-96. I left that bank in April of 1996 to become a computer consultant, which eventually lead me to my most favorite job on Wall street. I worked for Spear, Leeds and Kellogg as the Year 2000 Coordinator. This was such an amazing project.
So I am a techie now for 27 years and have lots of experience in business as well as with kids.
After all, my main goal in life is to be with my daughter and family. Our daughter is 16 years old now. I am well aware of the school system and the requirements students need to succeed. My own daughter is in 11th grade and is preparing her mindset for college.
I am tutoring all kinds of students in English, ESL and Spanish.
Now I am also a Zumba Gold Instructor for the elderly too!
