Working as an Educational Coach has enhanced my skill set to engage with students, parents, teachers, administrators and other entities within the school system. I am detail oriented and self-reliant. At the previous school site, I have managed a caseload of over 100 students, ensuring they receive the information and resources necessary to succeed. I have great communication and listening skills with my students and have learned to help them navigate through out any difficulties that arises. Overall, I have great rapport with the students and have earned their respect and trust, which is an important skill for this position. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as hard-working by my professors, supervisors, and peers.
